Vexas Syndrome, also known as vexas, is related to neutrophilic dermatosis, acute febrile and plasma cell neoplasm. An important gene associated with Vexas Syndrome is UBA1 (Ubiquitin Like Modifier Activating Enzyme 1), and among its related pathways/superpathways is Parkinson's disease pathway. The drugs Mycophenolic acid and Cyclophosphamide have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
